We are Jared and Elise, a husband-and-wife duo with a shared passion for uplifting our local community through real estate. For HI Properties is a real estate solutions company focused both on revitalizing distressed properties and also providing solutions to homeowners in need of assistance.

A little bit about us - Jared has a Construction background as a carpenter and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Elise has a background in Hospitality, and a strong passion and interest in Interior Design.

The name For HI Properties carries a special double meaning for us. It reflects both our commitment to the local community and our own personal story. Elise is originally from Taiwan, also known as Formosa, while Jared is born and raised from Hawaii (Oahu specifically). Together, we bring a unique blend of diverse skill sets and backgrounds, offering a well-rounded perspective to every project we undertake.
